Roger Trudgeon has over 35 years’ experience in the regional and community museums ranging from policy and planning at state government level, providing education and training through Victoria College and Deakin University to twenty-two years as Manager/Curator of the Gold Museum in Ballarat.

Roger’s passion for understanding and realising the potential of regional and community museums underpins his enthusiasm in the sector. His extensive experience spans development planning, grant writing, historical research, policy development, collection management projects, exhibition planning and production and project development.
